Shipping Information

• Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping methods: We ship via trusted courier services (Bpost, DHL, Post NL or similar) depending on destination and product value.
• Shipping plus Delivery times:
• Within Belgium: 2–5 business days
• Within the EU: 3–10 business days
• Outside the EU: 7–21 business days (customs may cause delays)
• Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Orders over €75 qualify for free shipping.
• Tracking: All orders include a tracking number sent by email once shipped.
• Customs and import duties: International buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes or import fees in their country.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within  24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item/package. We will arrange a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless defective.
