By accessing or using the SoNaAm website and services (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. About SoNaAm

SoNaAm is an online store offering kids’ clothing and related accessories. Our website and all content are owned or licensed by SoNaAm and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order or create an account.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site. You may not copy, distribute, or use our photos, designs, logos, or text without our written permission.

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We try to display product colors, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible, but small variations may occur. Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items.

5. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, payment details) is true and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues). If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded. Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers. We do not store full card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, fees, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier; however, we will try to help if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Non‑Returnable Items

Our Returns Policy (available on the website) explains how to request a return or exchange, time limits, and conditions (for example, unworn, unwashed, with tags). Certain items are non‑returnable for hygiene or customization reasons, such as underwear, socks and tights, swimwear with hygiene seal removed, hair accessories and hats, personalized/custom items, and items marked “Final Sale”. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.

8. Personalisation

For personalised or custom products, you are responsible for checking spelling, sizes, and details before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer. Personalized items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged except in case of defect.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the SoNaAm website (including images, designs, text, logos, and graphics) is the property of SoNaAm or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

11. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments: You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that content on our website, social media, and marketing materials. You confirm that your content does not infringe the rights of others, and is not unlawful, abusive, or misleading. We may edit or remove content at our discretion.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to our processing of your information in line with that policy.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the site will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoNaAm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or products, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
